The ideal candidate will have proven telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

Formación

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role with a strong focus on sales performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to use persuasive selling techniques.
• Comfortable with cold calling and able to handle rejection.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound sales calls and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify leads.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through follow-up calls and emails.
• Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC installations, maintenance, and repair jobs.
