Paylocity is seeking a Human Resource Solutions Specialist to support HR operations and HRIS configurations for clients. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure HR programs and system settings are compliant and optimized.

You will own HR processes, system administration tasks, and project work, contributing to client success through efficient execution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a remote work setup.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate HR processes including handbook creation, job descriptions, compensation analysis, and compliance tasks.
• Conduct client interviews and partner to develop employee handbooks.
• Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, audits, and maintain records.
• Reconcile benefits statements and assist with benefits administration.
• Support recruitment coordination and track candidate status in HRIS.
• Prepare client and employee correspondence.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS platforms (Paylocity, ADP, Paycor).
• Execute system configuration updates to support HR, payroll, and benefits programs.
• Perform system audits, testing, and diagnostics to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and resolve system errors; escalate when necessary.
• Support system implementations and alignment with client programs.
• Engage with clients and participate in meetings; collaborate with HR, Sales, and Managed Services.
• Identify process improvements; optimize workflows and automations.
