OperationsArmy is seeking an HR Assistant (Colombia) to support the HR Manager with payroll, HR systems, internal communications, and compliance reporting. The role is remote, with a focus on accuracy in timekeeping, payroll processing, and HR document management.

The ideal candidate will efficiently handle inquiries, maintain schedules, and assist with job postings and internal newsletters. This position offers a full-time schedule with standard remote collaboration across time zones.

Formación

• Strong working knowledge of online timekeeping platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Friendly, resourceful communicator who knows when to upscale issues.
• Able to work independently during off-hours or with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and verify timekeeping data from Square into Paylocity.
• Support weekly and monthly payroll processing.
• Troubleshoot employee timecard issues and reset Paylocity login credentials.
• Generate reports and maintain historical data for HR and compliance audits.
• Organize and maintain HR documents in Google Drive.
• Monitor Slack and email for HR inquiries and triage or elevate as appropriate.
• Escalate complex employee relations issues to the HR Manager.
• Draft and build job descriptions; post openings on recruitment platforms; monitor and update listings.
