OperationsArmy is seeking a proactive Human Resources Assistant to support the HR Manager in payroll, HR systems, communications, and reporting. This 100% remote role targets Colombia-based operations with flexible hours and strong attention to detail.

You'll manage timekeeping data in Paylocity, assist with payroll processing, and handle routine HR inquiries. Collaboration with Slack, Google Drive, and Indeed will be routine to keep HR activities organized and compliant.

Formación

• Experience with payroll administration and HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and verify timekeeping data in Paylocity.
• Support weekly and monthly payroll processing.
• Troubleshoot timecard issues and Paylocity logins.
• Generate compliance reports and keep HR documents.
• Triage HR inquiries via Slack and email.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling with screener.
• Draft and post job descriptions on Indeed.
• Publish internal HR newsletters.
• Support leadership events and HR initiatives.
• Assist with strategic planning cycles.
