TMF Group is seeking an Integration Consultant for its Global HR & Payroll Delivery Team. This client-facing role designs, implements, and supports integrations between HCM, Payroll, and ERP systems across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with onboarding teams, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions. The position focuses on API-driven data exchange, integration frameworks, and continuous improvement of HRP integration services.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering integrations involving HCM and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs and web services.
• Experience with REST and SOAP frameworks.
• Solid SQL and database management knowledge.
• Experience with ETL, data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• XML and XSLT knowledge.
• Experience with integration platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP CPI.
• Experience in Agile environments and version control (Git/SVN).
• Advanced MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Word skills; familiar with Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions based on client requirements.
• Support rollout of new integrations and enhancements across global clients.
• Build and maintain mapping documentation for transformed client data.
• Lead blueprinting and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Ensure solutions align with country-specific requirements and platform capabilities.
