Hyremote LLC is seeking a detail-oriented intake coordinator to own the new-patient intake process from first contact through authorization, onboarding, and care coordination. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, persistent follow-up, and professional interactions with families, clinicians, and billing staff.

This full-time, remote position offers a fixed monthly salary with weekly payments and a schedule Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Consistently follows up and owns the intake process.
• Professional and presentable in Zoom calls with families and clinicians.
• Able to learn the company’s insurance process and workflow.

Responsabilités

• Own the new-patient intake pipeline from initial contact to staffing.
• Follow up with prospective families and track leads to ensure scheduled follow-ups.
• Explain in-home services and address questions from families.
• Coordinate insurance authorization with billing and monitor cases through approval/denial.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up to ensure clinical staff are assigned and services move forward.
• Communicate with families, doctors, clinical staff, billing, and other stakeholders to gather missing information.
