Jeeves is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for our Engineering, Product, and Data organizations. You'll partner directly with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across our global teams — and you'll shape how we scale technical hiring as the company grows.

This role reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles (engineering, product, or data).
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• LatAm technical recruiting experience required, including Mexico, Colombia, and/or Brazil. Global recruiting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — engineering, product, and data.
• Run structured intake meetings with engineering hiring managers: translate requirements into a search strategy and market view.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find technical talent using Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities.
• Conduct technical pre-screens that go beyond a resume walk to provide real signals to hiring managers.
• Deliver market intelligence: compensation benchmarks and feedback on req-market fit.
• Manage the candidate experience end-to-end with timely communication and prep.
• Negotiate and close offers for competitive technical candidates against fintech/Big Tech offers.
• Track funnel metrics and source effectiveness to drive improvements in the process.
• Partner with engineering leadership on interview design and scorecards to ensure fairness.
• Drive employer branding through job postings, content, and conferences.
