Jeeves is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data. You’ll partner with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, data, and product roles across our global teams and help scale technical hiring as the company grows.

The ideal candidate has recruited technical talent at fintech or software firms, with startup experience, and can discuss system design with staff engineers.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• LatAm technical recruiting experience required, including Mexico, Colombia, and/or Brazil.
• Demonstrated technical fluency and ability to discuss system design with engineers.
• Proven track record of closing senior and specialized technical hires in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on with ATS and modern sourcing stacks (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ).

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — engineering, product, and data.
• Run intake meetings with engineering hiring managers to translate requirements into search strategy.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and open-source communities.
• Conduct technical pre-screens to assess depth and ownership.
• Deliver market intelligence: compensation benchmarks and competitive mapping.
• Manage candidate experience end to end with timely communication.
• Negotiate and close offers for strong technical candidates.
• Track funnel metrics and use data to improve the process.
• Collaborate on interview panel design and interviewer training.
• Drive technical employer branding and sourcing through content and community presence.
• Own logistics from posting to onboarding handoff.
