Jeeves Inc. is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for our Engineering, Product, and Data organizations.

You'll partner directly with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across our global teams — and you'll shape how we scale technical hiring as the company grows. This role reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years in technical hiring.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• LatAm recruiting experience required including Colombia.
• Able to discuss backend stacks and platform vs product engineer roles credibly.
• Proven track record of closing senior technical hires in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced sourcing across Boolean/X-ray, GitHub and technical communities.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product and data roles from intake to offer.
• Run intake meetings with engineering hiring managers to translate requirements into search strategy.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies across technical channels and communities.
• Conduct technical pre-screens to assess ownership and decision-making.
• Deliver market intelligence on compensation and pipeline health.
• Negotiate and close offers for top technical candidates.
• Track metrics and use data to improve sourcing and time-to-fill.
• Partner with engineering leadership on interview design and scorecards.
• Drive technical employer branding and candidate experience.
• Own end-to-end logistics from posting to onboarding handoff.
• Contribute to broader Global People Operations initiatives.
