• Currently studying, recently graduated, or switching careers.
• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo with hybrid work ability.
• English plus Spanish or Portuguese; multilingual is a bonus.
• Fluent with AI tools and comfortable using new tech.
• Strong writing skills and ability to articulate clearly.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Curious about fintech and how growing companies scale.

Responsabilidades

• Play detective to hunt for candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a clean, effective candidate pipeline.
• Reach out to candidates and present Jeeves in a compelling way.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and track feedback.
• Own the candidate experience from first touch to closing.
• Track funnel metrics and identify what works.
• Contribute to employer branding and job-post quality.
