No prior recruiting experience is required, but curiosity, hustle, and genuine interest in people are essential as you join a small team that mentors and learns together.

Formación

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or changing careers.
• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo and able to work on a hybrid schedule from home and local office.
• English plus Spanish or Portuguese (both bonus).
• Fluent with AI tools used to draft, research, summarize and scale recruiting workflows.
• Genuinely tech-savvy and quick to explore new tools.
• Strong writing ability for messages and outreach.
• Organized with spreadsheets and trackers.
• Comfortable with ambiguity as priorities shift in a startup.
• Curious about fintech and how companies scale.

Responsabilidades

• Play detective to hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, Slack, university networks and niche sites.
• Build the pipeline, review inbound applications, and keep Lever ATS clean.
• Reach out to candidates and be the friendly first face of Jeeves.
