Jeeves Inc. is seeking a curious, tech‑savvy recruiter to join our People Team. Based in Bogotá, Mexico City, or São Paulo, you’ll work in a hybrid setup and help attract diverse talent for a fast-growing fintech platform.

You’ll leverage AI tools to find candidates, craft engaging outreach, coordinate interviews across time zones, and enhance the candidate experience. No recruiting experience is required, just energy and a willingness to learn.

Formación

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or making a career switch.
• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo and able to work on a hybrid schedule from home and the local office.
• English plus Spanish or Portuguese (both is a bonus, not a requirement).

Responsabilidades

• Play detective. Hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, Slack groups, university networks, alumni lists, and niche forums.
• Build the pipeline. Review inbound applications, keep our ATS impeccably clean, and ensure strong candidates aren’t missed.
• Talk to humans. Reach out to candidates, answer questions, and write outreach that gets replies.
• Make the machine run. Schedule interviews across time zones and chase feedback to keep processes moving.
• Own the candidate experience. Ensure every candidate walks away thinking the interview process was excellent.
• Find the numbers. Track funnel performance and identify what works and what doesn’t.
• Make us look good. Help sharpen job posts and support People Team projects.
