Jeeves is hiring a junior recruiting partner in Latin America to help build a diverse candidate pipeline across multiple channels. You will source candidates, screen applications, and manage communication with applicants as the first face of Jeeves.

You will coordinate interviews across time zones and work with the People Team to keep recruiting processes efficient, transparent, and candidate-focused. A curious mindset and comfort with AI tools are essential for success.

Formación

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or making a career switch.
• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo and able to work on a hybrid schedule from home and the local office.
• English plus Spanish or Portuguese (both is a bonus).
• Fluent with AI tools and comfortable using them to draft, research, and summarize.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly in messages.

Responsabilidades

• Play detective to hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and niche networks.
• Build the pipeline by reviewing applications and keeping the ATS clean.
• Reach out to candidates and act as the friendly first face of Jeeves.
• Schedule interviews across time zones and chase feedback to keep processes moving.
• Own the candidate experience so every candidate walks away impressed.
• Track funnel performance and surface data-driven insights to improve hiring.
• Support employer branding and help sharpen job posts.
