FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI‑driven solutions, and deliver production‑grade systems. You’ll run discovery with executives, define problem statements, and shape end‑to‑end AI architectures that scale in regulated environments.

You’ll own data, retrieval, and model behavior, ensuring trustworthy agent performance. This role blends consulting, engineering, and operational duties across client engagements.

Formación

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python‑first, production‑grade (typed, tested, deployed services).
• Track record as ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Designed and owned CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps / MLOps).

Responsabilidades

• Discover and workshop with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Map current state and turn it into specifications for reliable AI execution.
• Architect end‑to‑end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval.
• Build agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and supporting data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI systems and ensure safe production deployment.
• Operate Day 2: evaluation, observability, cost, and drift management.
• Consult with CTOs and senior leadership; support pre‑sales scoping.
