Job summary
FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams, architect AI-enabled systems, and ship production-grade solutions. You’ll operate as consultant, operator, and engineer, hands-on with agents and multi-step automations while engaging Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries.
You will drive discovery, design, and delivery from scoping to implementation, ensuring pragmatic, impactful AI deployments that align with client goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack.
- Advanced English is required.
- Four-year college degree required.
- Experience with AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
Responsibilities
- Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders and define a scoped, defensible point of view.
- Structure the process and the spec for automation and AI integration.
- Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, retrieval, and tool integration.
- Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integrations.
- Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, and release management.
- Consult: defend decisions with CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
