Job summary

FullStack is seeking forward- deployed engineers who embed with client teams to architect and build AI-enabled systems. You will run discovery with stakeholders, map processes, and design end-to-end agentic solutions that integrate with client workflows and delivery pipelines.

Your role covers consulting, hands-on engineering, and governance, helping enterprises prove AI value in production and scale across environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET or Go).
1–4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders to define a scoped AI problem.
Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decisions, and exceptions for reliable execution.
Architect & design. Create end-to-end agentic systems with orchestration, retrieval, and guardrails.
Build. Deliver working systems with agents, automation, and internal tooling.
Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD, environments, and release processes.
Consult. Present decisions to CTOs/VPs and support pre‑sales scoping and proposals.
