Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds with enterprise teams, identifies AI opportunities, architectures the system, and ships production-grade solutions. You will combine consulting, operations, and engineering to solve real client problems.

In this role you will lead discovery conversations with leadership, design robust AI-enabled workflows, and own delivery from exploration through deployment across client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1–4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders to identify AI problems worth solving.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation, mapping current state and decisions to actionable specs.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and tool integration.
• Build. Ship working systems—agents and multi-step automations with prototyping that proves value.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, and release processes.
• Consult. Present to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
