Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions. You will operate as a consultant, operator, and engineer, validating business cases with executives and delivering production-grade AI systems.

You’ll design agent-based architectures and own end-to-end delivery, including integration with client workflows and delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

• Professional software development experience with at least one production stack.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Degree required and demonstrated ability to lead client-facing discovery.

Responsibilities

• Discover AI problems and run workshops with stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation.
• Architect and design agentic end-to-end systems.
• Build working prototypes and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
