Job summary

FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner delivering production-ready AI capabilities to Fortune 500 and other clients. Forward Deployed Engineers embed with client teams, turning AI ideas into real, scalable systems within client environments.

You will act as consultant, operator, and engineer, running discovery conversations and shipping scoped AI solutions quickly, while building agentic architectures and integrated tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream stack.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with stakeholders to identify AI problems and scope defensible solutions.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation, ensuring reliable execution by AI systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration, context and retrieval architecture, tool integration, and guardrails.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integration layers.
• Own CI/CD, including build, test, release, and environments.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, quantify impact, and support pre‑sales scoping when needed.
