Job summary

FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and ship production-grade systems inside client environments.

You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer, conducting discovery, design, and delivery while maintaining CI/CD and guardrails. This role demands strong communication with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, and a track record of delivering complex AI projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders to identify AI problems and scoped views.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decisions, and exceptions, then translate to executable specs.
• Architect & design. Create end-to-end agentic systems with orchestration, context retrieval, and guardrails.
• Build. Deliver working systems—agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integrations with rapid value realization.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD and deployment environments for what you build.
