FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect AI-enabled solutions. You will discover problems, structure processes, and design end-to-end agentic systems that operate in real environments.

The role blends consulting, engineering, and operations with demanding clients and executive stakeholders. Expect hands-on building of multi-step automations, tool integration, and robust CI/CD ownership while working on regulated environments and Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Discover AI problems with stakeholders and define defensible scoped viewpoints.
• Structure processes and specifications for reliable AI automation.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integration layers.
• Build working prototypes and ship them in weeks.
• Own CI/CD and deployment environments; defend decisions.
• Lead client-facing discovery calls and pre-sales scoping.
