Job summary

FullStack seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds with enterprise teams to architect and deliver AI-enabled solutions across client systems. You will act as consultant, operator, and engineer, handling discovery, architecture, and hands-on building to prove value in weeks.

You’ll work on AI agents, tool-calling loops, and integration pipelines in regulated environments, communicating with CTOs and VPs while maintaining delivery ownership and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack.
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Proven completion of a four-year college degree.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Experience designing APIs, service design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Track record leading client-facing discovery calls and delivering end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and exceptions to actionable specs.
• Architect & design. Create end-to-end agentic systems and guardrails.
• Build. Ship working AI-enabled systems and internal tooling with CI/CD pipelines.
• Consult. Present decisions to CTOs/VPs and defend value with measurable outcomes.
