Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit inside the client’s problem, embedding with enterprise teams to architect, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions. You’ll explore real AI problems, validate business impact, and deliver resilient systems that operate in live environments.

This role blends consultancy, engineering, and execution across regulated environments for Fortune 500 clients. You will own from discovery to delivery, shaping architecture, integration, and guardrails

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development with at least one mainstream production stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to identify genuine AI problems.
Structure the process and the spec for automated business processes.
Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration and retrieval architecture.
