Job Duck, LLC is seeking an Executive Financial Assistant to support executive leadership, enhance financial reporting, and coordinate operations in a fast-paced environment. The role combines high-level admin tasks with financial data analysis to improve accuracy, efficiency, and outcomes.

The position requires proactive, detail-oriented work with confidential information and experience with AI-powered tools to boost productivity.

Formación

• 2-3 years in executive support, finance, accounting, reporting, or admin operations.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable handling large datasets.
• Experience with confidential financial information and professional reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize AI platforms to improve admin, financial, research, reporting, and workflows.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Chair.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence; prepare agendas and reports.
• Prepare meeting notes, follow-up items, and communications.
• Support revenue and collection objectives and maintain dashboards and reports.
