A leading marketing agency is hiring an Email Marketing Manager to remotely grow email-driven revenue across two brands. Ideal candidates should have over a year of experience in email marketing for e-commerce and a proven track record of executing impactful campaigns. You will be responsible for building automations and reporting on performance, driving revenue and list growth. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and performance-based bonuses.

Formación

• 1+ year of hands-on email marketing experience in e-commerce (B2C).
• Experience executing email campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Understanding of segmentation, campaign execution, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement.

Responsabilidades

• Grow total email revenue across Canaflora and OnlyBlooms brands.
• Build and optimize lifecycle automations (Welcome, Abandoned Checkout, etc.).
• Increase automation revenue share.
• Plan and execute campaigns across brands.
• Improve segmentation and monetization of subscriber lists.
• Run structured weekly experiments (A/B tests, offer testing).
• Track and report on revenue performance and KPIs.
