Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a retention marketing specialist to support email, SMS, and automation campaigns across ecommerce channels.

You will build flows in Klaviyo, ensure precise segmentation, and coordinate with copy and design teams to deliver on brand guidelines. This role emphasizes QA checks, fast iteration, and daily use of AI tools to boost efficiency in a remote-friendly setting.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
• Experience building campaigns or flows in Klaviyo.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and flag issues proactively.
• Familiarity with email/SMS best practices, segmentation fundamentals, and QA processes.
• Basic design sense with the ability to assemble layouts and identify inconsistencies.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in fast-paced delivery environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and implement email and SMS campaigns and flows inside Klaviyo, following approved briefs, assets, and brand guidelines.
• Implement and support retention-related tools and features across CRM platforms, including Reviews, Loyalty, and customer engagement integrations.
• Upload and format content, modules, links, and logic accurately across all deliverables.
• Ensure correct segmentation, UTM structure, naming conventions, and flow logic.
• Conduct thorough QA checks—including rendering, links, mobile responsiveness, compliance, and functionality—before sending items to internal review.
• Identify issues early, propose solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve blockers.
• Track task progress in Asana, keep statuses up to date, and proactively communicate blockers.
• Coordinate with the copy and design teams to ensure deliverables align with the brief and creative direction.
• Use AI chatbots, GPTs, and agents daily to improve efficiency, accuracy, and delivery speed.
