Fresh Prints is seeking a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager to lead the content strategy for email and SMS. You will own subject lines, bodies, CTAs, and lifecycle flows, crafting messages that feel like conversations with a college-age audience.

You will collaborate with brand and creative teams and test ideas to drive engagement across channels. You will audit and optimize lifecycle programs, own segmentation, and ensure deliverability while reporting on performance.

• Demonstrated ability to craft high-performing email content.
• Strong lifecycle marketing understanding and execution.
• Excellent written communication with a college-age audience.
• Comfort with data to inform decisions.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own email and SMS content across campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Lead A/B tests and translate results into actions.
• Write engaging messages tailored to a college-age audience.
• Monitor and improve deliverability and performance metrics.
