INGEPSY is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison for clients from home, delivering professional service across channels and ensuring client needs are met with care.

You will handle inquiries about insurance sales and benefits, conduct outbound calls to promote services, negotiate terms, support sales admin, analyze client data, and collaborate with marketing to boost engagement and retention.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales administration processes and ability to interpret client data.
• Ability to work remotely with high productivity and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional service through multiple channels.
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and solutions with clients to meet their needs while aligning with company policies.
• Support sales administration tasks such as processing documentation and updating records.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
