Strong English, excellent organization, and experience with CRMs and collaboration tools are essential. This full-time position offers a monthly USD compensation of 1,200–1,400, with holidays and paid time off typical to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or admin support.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Trello).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with clarity and empathy.
• Process service changes such as orders, renewals, and cancellations.
• Document interactions and keep CRM records updated.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments across time zones.
• Organize shared inboxes and support email communication.
• Prepare reports and customer communications.
• Coordinate follow-ups and ensure tasks are tracked.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases.
• Contribute to templates, FAQs, and process docs.
