Job summary

HireLatam is recruiting a hands-on Remote Operations & Supply Chain Manager for a US client in the CPG/food sector. You will own SOPs, inventory, PO cycles, and co-packer schedules while ensuring timely retailer fulfillment.

Responsibilities include landed-cost modeling, distributor relationship oversight (KeHE, UNFI), and proactive supply chain improvements in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain/logistics/operations in CPG/food.
• Ability to author SOPs, build tracking frameworks, and implement accountability systems.
• Experience forecasting, reorder points, and inventory tracking.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Available for US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, trackers, and accountability cadences across supply chain workflows.
• Drive cross-functional execution with minimal daily oversight.
• Manage reorder points, lead times, and PO cycles to balance stock levels.
• Develop demand forecasts considering seasonality and new accounts.
• Oversee supplier and co-packer relations, manage timelines and issues.
• Monitor distributor accounts (KeHE, UNFI) to prevent write-offs.
• Model landed costs and margins for new retail onboardings.
• Ensure production runs and co-packer deliverables meet retailer windows.
