HRforGrowth is partnering with a client in the supply chain space to hire a Supply Chain Analyst based in Colombia. The role supports logistics, procurement, inventory, and operations with hands-on data work and direct mentorship from experienced consultants.

You will work on recurring analytics and one-off projects, using Excel, Google Workspace, and client-specific tools, while communicating progress to the team in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Formación

• Strong Excel skills including vlookup, pivot tables, index/match, and data cleaning.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken, with ability to coordinate with US-based teams.
• Detail-oriented with consistently low error rate in data tasks and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior consultants on client projects across logistics, procurement, inventory and operations.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and operational tasks using Excel and client tools.
• Build and maintain Excel models and dashboards to support deliverables.
• Manage recurring analytics workflows like inventory reporting and vendor performance tracking.
• Prepare client-ready charts and summaries as directed by senior consultants.
• Learn new tools and adapt to different client environments quickly.
