Job summary

StepUp Talent is hiring an Operations & Project Manager for a US-based CPG manufacturing and 3PL group. The role is fully remote from Colombia, with Eastern Time hours and direct reporting to the founder.

You will own product lifecycle, manage timelines across clients, manufacturers, and suppliers, and build systems using Monday.com, Slack, Claude/AI, Muse and Google Workspace. Fluent English is required; start ASAP.

Qualifications

Proven project management and client or account management experience.
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or 3PL/fulfillment.
Knowledge of the product lifecycle.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Ability to work with Slack, Monday.com, Claude/AI, Muse, and Google Workspace.
Full-time availability during Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle from idea to packaging, production, and fulfillment.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and accountability across clients, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Centralize scattered client information into organized, accessible systems.
Build and improve systems and automation using Monday.com, Slack, and AI tools.
Manage client, manufacturer, and supplier relationships and keep all parties accountable.
Handle new-client follow-ups and onboarding.
Be a proactive thought partner to the founder, with a weekly founder check-in.
