Job summary

Otonomee is seeking an experienced Logistic Administrator to join a fully remote team based in Colombia. You will support new retail partnerships by managing POs and order fulfilment across NA, EMEA and APAC, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while coordinating with retailers and 3PL partners.

You will maintain daily communications with customers, finance and logistics teams, generate reports on shipments and inventory, and drive improvements to streamline operations and cut costs, all

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets (formulas e.g. VLOOKUP).
• Strong data management and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and order fulfilment for NA, EMEA and APAC.
• Review inventory, ensure order accuracy, and process orders promptly.
• Coordinate shipping, freight booking, ASNs, and PO creation.
• Maintain reports on inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, returns and KPI analysis.
