Porch Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative, fully remote in Colombia, to deliver high-quality service across channels. The role includes resolving inquiries, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, strong English communication, and solid computer skills. This is a remote, full-time position with salary paid in COP and collaboration with Porch Group’s EOR

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success or Telemarketing roles.
• Good/Excellent Computer Skills.
• Ability to work with MS Word, Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades
