Required is a high school diploma and 5+ years in client support, with strong computer skills and the ability to work independently. Banking/title industry experience is a plus, and you must work remotely from a quiet space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client support experience.
• Strong computer and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Banking or title-industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with online banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute escheat tasks for RynohEscheat Pro clients.
• Perform daily escheat due diligence and respond to payee requests.
• Update escheat transactions with notes and follow up on reissues.
• Conduct quarterly compliance reviews of escheat database.
• File state NAUPA reports as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in RynohLive for customers.
