Job summary

Exactus Energy Inc. is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure a positive client experience.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with internal teams, monitor project performance, and take ownership of client concerns from identification through resolution. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and build long-term relationships.
