This fully remote position requires fluency in English, strong tech skills, and a background in marketing and lead generation. Formación

• 2+ years of client-facing account management or CSM experience, preferably in an agency.
• Fluent in English with little to no accent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily client communication via various tools.
• Present campaign performance and explain results to clients.
• Lead onboarding calls and handle client concerns.
• Track deliverables and follow up with team members.
