A renewable energy company is seeking a Commercial Client Manager to enhance client experiences through effective communication and project coordination. This remote position involves onboarding clients, managing relationships, and overseeing project progress. Ideal candidates will have a degree in business or related fields and experience in client-facing roles. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role offers a starting salary of 5,520,000 COP monthly.

Formación

• Previous client-facing role experience (sales, account management, customer service, customer success, etc.) is required.
• Experience in structural/electrical engineering and renewable energy are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients, provide technical support, and build relationships.
• Schedule and lead kick-off calls and manage client preferences.
• Document progress and maintain protocols.
• Coordinate with the Invoicing team and manage vendor relationships.
