AL7513 GE Energy Colombia S.A. invites a project management professional to act as the single point of contact for customer concerns and to coordinate services across designated regions.

The role requires strong knowledge of products, configurations, and region-specific support, with direct access to internal teams for issue resolution. Ideal candidates will have advanced services and customer service management experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; high school with relevant experience acceptable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as single point of contact for timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of region, products, and configurations to support customers.
• Lead small projects with low risks and guide team members to consensus.
