Above Lending, Inc. is seeking a remote retention specialist to engage clients with past-due accounts, understand the underlying causes, and guide them toward a concrete repayment plan.

You will be measured on bringing accounts current and ensuring commitments are fulfilled, with consideration to customer care and compliance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of challenging outbound conversations, experience in debt retention or loss mitigation, and a proven ability to meet targets while

Formación

• Two or more years on the phone in a role where you had to change someone’s mind and close on the call

Responsabilidades

• Call clients whose accounts recently fell behind and engage in real conversations
• Identify root causes and propose solutions to help clients get back on track
• Secure a commitment for a specific amount on a specific date and arrange it on the call
• Follow up with email/SMS and document every contact in the loan system
• Adhere to UDAAP, TCPA, and Above’s disclosure rules on every attempt
• Contribute insights to scripts, timing, and offers
