Job summary

Valatam is seeking a results-focused Client Success & Expansion Manager to lead our Account Management team and protect revenue while driving growth across our active client base. This 100% remote, full-time role targets experienced leaders in Latin America.

You will guide Account Managers in retention, escalations, and expansions, shaping onboarding, reviews, and client success storytelling with Marketing. A strategic coach, you’ll optimize CRM workflows and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Fluent English & Spanish (C1-C2 level required).
• Proven track record in B2B Customer Success or Account Management leadership, preferably managing remote teams.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, account health tracking, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers to maintain low churn rates and resolve high-level client escalations.
• Drive account expansion and upselling by identifying staffing needs and guiding proposals to close placements.
• Monitor account health, establish retention plans for at-risk clients, and manage client feedback routines.
