Job summary

Virtual Emily Staffing in Bogotá seeks a Business Developer Assistant to help drive growth by running outbound campaigns, qualifying leads, and booking meetings while supporting the CEO. You will coordinate AI outbound sequences and manage CRM data to streamline the sales process.

Ideal candidates are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable networking with CEOs. This full-time, remote role reports to the CEO and offers opportunities to grow into a sales leadership track.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or GHL.
• Excellent phone and people skills.
• Willingness to work full-time from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, automation tools).
• Answer inbound calls, qualify leads & book meetings.
• Coordinate AI outbound calling sequences.
• Maintain CRM data, update the pipeline & track KPIs.
• Build lead lists using Virtual LeadGen system.
• Support conferences & networking events.
• Assist with follow-up, messaging, and nurturing leads.
• Book free-trial interviews with HRBP.
• Prepare call briefs for CEO/Closer before discovery calls.
• Be the engine behind inbound + outbound sales strategy.
