UPS GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES CO in Medellín/Colombia is seeking a Brokerage Admin Assistant III to classify and process import documentation in line with customs regulations and ensure correct import taxes are charged, supporting a smooth workflow.

English 85% and Excel at an intermediate level are required; brokerage experience and studies in international business are preferred. This is a permanent position with a fixed schedule.

Formación

• English level 85% is required.
• Excel intermediate is required.
• Brokerage experience is preferred.
• Studies in International Business or related fields are preferred.
• Ability to work in a highly measured, fast-paced production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Understand, classify and process documentation based on import brokerage regulations.
• Perform tariff classification and ensure right import taxes are charged.
• Support general office duties such as data entry and email distribution.
