FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator for high-value dental cases. This fully remote, contract-based role handles long sales cycles from LATAM, APAC, and EU markets with deals from $3,000+.

You will convert leads, manage objections, present packages, and drive bookings while collaborating with team leads. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, strong communication in English, and experience with major CRMs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
