Winning Assistants LLC is seeking a Bilingual Medical Sales Representative (Dental) for a remote, part-time role. The position focuses on outbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting with a strong emphasis on Spanish and English communication to engage prospective patients.

The role requires effectively managing leads across channels, maintaining CRM updates, and driving KPI-based performance while supporting U.S.-based dental practices from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar targets.
• Proven ability to qualify, nurture, and convert leads into appointments.
• Experience conducting outbound calls and following up with prospective customers or patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and lead conversions to booked appointments.
• Communicate benefits of dental services to prospective patients in a patient-centered manner.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate scheduling across channels.
• Meet KPIs for sales, appointment-setting, and conversion.
