ClearDesk is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a remote-first team serving U.S.-based healthcare clients. You will manage patient referrals, verify eligibility, and coordinate with nurses and the authorization team to keep intake running smoothly.

You will communicate with Spanish-speaking patients in a warm, professional manner and thrive in a structured environment that values accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills to triage and prioritize referrals.
• Willing to work US time zone schedule.
• Reliable home setup meeting technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming patient referrals and inquiries.
• Answer and manage calls from current and prospective members.
• Triage referrals to verify documentation and eligibility.
• Verify patient eligibility and ensure proper authorization.
• Coordinate with the authorization team to keep the workflow running smoothly.
• Schedule intake appointments with nurses and field staff.
• Maintain organized records and follow established workflows to keep operations efficient.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients warmly and professionally.
• Escalate questions promptly when additional support is needed.
• Adapt to changing daily priorities based on patient needs.
• Ensure no referrals are lost and protect patient care and business health.
