Valatam is hiring a Junior Operations Assistant to join our remote team. This entry-level, 100% remote, full-time role supports structured workflows, clear processes, and consistent administrative tasks.

If you're detail-oriented, self-directed, and eager to grow in operations, this role is for you. You will handle data entry, file organization in Google Drive, client communications using templates, and assist with internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or related field.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with project management tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented processes and SOPs to complete daily tasks accurately and on time.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
• Upload, label, and organize files in Google Drive following folder structures.
• Handle routine email communication with clients and vendors using templates.
• Assist with internal reporting by compiling and formatting data.
