Job summary

Turner Ross Germain, LLC is seeking a Global Intake Specialist to own the personal injury intake process from first inquiry through file setup. You will respond to new leads, conduct thorough interviews, collect accident and treatment details, and document accurately in CasePeer.

This is a remote, individual-contributor role supporting a growing practice. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of intake experience with a U.S.-based PI firm, are bilingual (English/Spanish), and can manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct intake experience with a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using intake/case tracking software and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound intake calls and manage the full intake process from first contact to file setup.
• Own the client conversion process, including follow-ups and securing signed engagement documents.
• Enter intake data accurately into CasePeer and maintain organized case files.
• Prepare letters of representation and initial documents using firm templates; gather police reports and initial incident docs.
• Proactively track new intake inquiries, missing information, and onboarding steps to prevent drops.
