Job summary

Virtustant is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Administrator to run daily operations for a remote home care agency. You will manage referrals, inboxes, and communications, ensuring HIPAA compliance and California home care law alignment.

This role acts as the right-hand person to drive expansion and oversee coordination with the on-site supervisor. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, have a strong CRM background, and can manage calendars, documents, and vendor communications

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Deep knowledge of US HIPAA and California home care law.
• English level C1/C2.
• Full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Veterans Affairs referrals and emails, following HIPAA and California home care law.
• Manage the main company and information inboxes.
• Upload documents to Dropbox and track annual renewals for licenses and taxes.
• Use the CRM to track caregiver documents and coordinate with the on-site supervisor.
• Update the phone system auto-messages for holidays and promotions.
• Stay in daily contact with the team by phone and Zoom.
