Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced case manager to advance California personal injury pre-litigation files toward resolution. You will communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, coordinate medical care, and track deadlines under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating treatment, reviewing records, and liaising with insurers, while maintaining Maris Case files. The role supports remote collaboration with LATAM candidates and U.S./Canadian teams.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing U.S. personal injury cases through pre-litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California PI processes, liability, and settlements.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English for client communication.
• Experience coordinating medical treatment and reviewing records.
• Experience communicating with insurance carriers and policy searches.
• Familiarity with lien tracking and demand workflows; escalations when needed.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and deadline management; learn Maris Case quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation CA PI caseload with minimal supervision.
• Inform and update English- and Spanish-speaking clients on case status.
• Coordinate medical appointments, MRIs, injections, and follow-ups.
• Review medical records and track treatment progress for gaps.
• Obtain updates from insurers and document policy details and limits.
• Raise necessary authorizations within attorney-approved protocols.
• Flag liability or settlement issues for attorney review; escalate when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date files in Maris Case for easy tracking.
